1. Parties
a) Verisay İletişim ve Bilgi Teknolojileri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., located at Davutpaşa Kampüsü Teknopark D2 Blok No: 105 Esenler, İstanbul, which operates and owns the website/mobile application www.korivus.com , will be referred to as the "Company".
(b) Internet users who apply for membership to the www.korivus.com website/mobile application will be referred to as ("Member").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for using the website/mobile application owned by the Company.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member undertakes that all personal access and contact information provided during registration on the www.korivus.com website/mobile application is accurate, and that they will fully and immediately compensate the Company for any damages arising from the inaccuracy of this information.
3.2. The Member may not give the username and password provided by the Company to anyone; the right to use said password belongs solely to the Member. Therefore, the Company reserves the right to claim compensation and other demands against any claims and accusations that may be made against the Company by third parties due to such unauthorized use.
4. Security of your personal information.
www.korivus.com respects the privacy of all individuals and organizations visiting its website/mobile application. All information obtained about you will be used to fulfill the service you will receive and to further improve the way our company serves you. This information will be shared with relevant personnel and will absolutely not be shared with third parties. Access to this customer-specific information is limited to our employees who are required to process this information for the www.korivus.com website/mobile application and are subject to confidentiality obligations. Their access is limited to the scope of the service they provide. This information will be treated in accordance with the relevant legal provisions regarding data protection. 5. Termination of the Contract
This agreement shall remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by the Company. The Company may unilaterally terminate this agreement by canceling the Member's membership if the Member violates any provision of this membership agreement.
6. Entry into force
By registering, the Member acknowledges that they have read and accept all the terms and conditions of this membership agreement. This Agreement is deemed concluded and enters into force at the moment the Member becomes a member.
7. Resolution of Disputes
In case of disputes relating to this agreement, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
